We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the item (s) or receive an incorrect order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receiving the order.
1. a.) Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is in original condition, unworn, and unused.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
2. b.) Items Not Eligible
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- Return/exchange requests made after 7 days upon receiving order.
3. c.) Exchange Policy
We are happy to accommodate size or style exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Steps to Request an Exchange:

- Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired replacement item.
- Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.
Exchange shipping fees (both return and re-delivery) are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
4. d.) Return & Refund Policy
Return and refund would only be done as store credit, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- If the required size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the same value upon receiving the return order.

Please note that if the required size is available, returns for store credit are not allowed.
- Store credit balance can be used in the next purchase and must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issue.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the shipping receipt for reference.
