ORDERS

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account. Just browse, add your favorite items to cart, and checkout directly. 

Can I change my order after placing an order?

Once the order is confirmed, we process it quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to help if order hasn’t been shipped yet.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: 

  • Online Banking (FPX) – for Malaysia
  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa and Mastercard

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payment are processed securely by accredited payment gateway such as Stripe to protect your data.

How much will I pay for customs tax and duties?

For international orders, shipping fee paid during checkout does not included any customs tax or duties. All customs charges must be borne by the customer. Customer will be responsible for all taxes and duties.

Is cash-on-delivery (COD) available for orders?

Unfortunately, we do not provide the option for COD payment. Full payment is required at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to be shipped out?

We will ship your order within 1-3 working days after your payment is verified.

How long will my parcel to reach me after shipped out?

For orders within Malaysia, delivery takes about 1-3 working days, once order is shipped.

For international orders, the delivery time needed depends on the destination country.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition 
  • In original packaging

Who pays for return shipping? 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

How do I start a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the return steps. 

What about non-returnable items?

Promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Accessories such as socks, insoles are non-returnable and non-refundable as well due to personal hygiene issue.
